  • Total project size of approximately $70 million, with $28.5 million invested by Century Bridge China Real Estate Fund, L.P. in a joint venture with a Zhongshan based and focused real estate developer, Dongfu Real Estate Development
  • Middle income residential project located in Zhongshan, China, a Pearl River Valley, Tier III city with over 3 million people, and located in the heart of Shiqi District, Zhongshan’s historic city center
  • Development comprised of approximately 552 units
  • Land area of approximately 160,800 square feet, with gross buildable area of approximately 862,000 square feet
  • Century Bridge successfully exited and repatriated proceeds from this investment in November 2018
