• Investment made in January 2016 and project is currently under construction
• Total project size of $124 million, with $11.5 million invested by Century Bridge China Real Estate Fund II in a joint venture with a Hong Kong listed real estate developer, Jingrui Holdings
• Development comprised of 738 tower units and 95 townhouse units
• Land area of approximately 485,000 square feet, with gross buildable area of approximately 1.3 million square feet
• Century Bridge successfully exited this investment in June 2017
