• Investment made in May 2018, with construction already in process
• Total project size of $223.1 million, with $11.1 million invested by Century Bridge China Real Estate Fund II, L.P. and an affiliate in a joint venture with a Yangtze River Delta focused real estate developer, Zhongliang Real Estate Group
• Development comprised of approximately 1,400 units
• Land area of approximately 801,800 square feet, with gross buildable area of approximately 2.5 million square feet
• Century Bridge successfully exited this investment in June 2019
