Century Bridge Capital is focused on investment opportunities in China’s growing real estate sector. Our strategy is to form joint ventures with Chinese real estate development companies to provide equity capital for middle class, residential real estate projects in China’s growing Tier II and III cities, where growth rates are high due to continuing wage increases and a mass urbanization trend.

While we provide our Chinese development partners with equity capital, we believe that our most important asset is our people. As such, we always seek to provide not just capital in transactions, but also the experience, talent, relationships and insight of our highly experienced team in order to maximize our joint success over the long term.
