  • Investment made in April 2014 by Century Bridge China Real Estate Fund, L.P. of $32.5 million
  • Total project size of approximately $217 million in a joint venture with a Hong Kong listed real estate developer, Jingrui Holdings
  • Middle income residential project located in Wuxi, China, a Yangtze River Valley, Tier II city with over 6 million people, and strategically located in Xishan District adjacent to the Wuxi East High-Speed Train Station
  • Development comprised of 1,368 high-rise units and 326 townhouse units
  • Land area of approximately 1.1 million square feet, with gross buildable area of approximately 2.6 million square feet
  • Century Bridge successfully exited and repatriated proceeds from this investment in December 2016
