Peter Shi

Director

Mr. Shi joined Century Bridge in 2010 and leads the Asset Management team with Michael Yan, monitoring the development plans as well as the construction and sales progress of all projects. Mr. Shi is also responsible for sourcing new deals.

Over the course of his over 20-year career in real estate, he has held positions with top real estate development companies in China, focusing primarily on the sales of residential and mixed-use properties. His experience includes conducting and overseeing feasibility studies and market analysis, as well as project design.

Prior to joining Century Bridge, Mr. Shi was Assistant President of Coastal Commercial Developments and Deputy General Manager of the North China Division of Coastal Realty, a Hong Kong listed company. At Coastal Realty, Mr. Shi oversaw the company's sales and marketing operations and managed sales for six substantial development projects with combined gross floor area of more than 10 million square feet.

Before joining Coastal Realty in 2008, Mr. Shi worked as a Deputy General Manager of Beijing Eagle Real Estate, where he was responsible for the sales and marketing of residential and mixed-use properties in Beijing, Tianjin, Wuxi and Chongqing. In addition, Mr. Shi was involved in the investment sector with IPO preparation work and a JV fund.

From 2004 to 2005, Mr. Shi worked as Marketing Director of Beijing Fortune Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., where he was directly in charge of a villa project in the Ming Tombs area of Changping District of Beijing. The project was ultimately purchased by Hutchinson Whampoa Limited.

Prior to joining Beijing Fortune Real Estate in 2004, Mr. Shi spent eight years working as Director for Beijing Sinoland Property Consultants, where he was involved in the sales and marketing of numerous development projects with combined sales volume of over RMB 2 billion.

From 1994 to 1996, Mr. Shi was Assistant to General Manager and Investment Supervisor of L&D, one of the most influential leasing and sales agent at the time doing most of the high-end projects in Beijing.
