Tully Wyatt

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Wyatt is responsible for all financial aspects of the firm, including both the Dallas and Beijing operations, and oversees the treasury, compliance, and financial management of the funds and investment vehicles.

Prior to joining Century Bridge in 2018, Mr. Wyatt spent 10 years providing accounting, finance, and transaction advisory services to a middle market private equity firm, including interim management positions and two years as Vice President assisting with the firm’s operational and accounting diligence functions and portfolio company monitoring.

Previously, he served as Director of Finance of a middle-market private equity backed company, where he was active in multiple aspects of the day-to-day business, including treasury, risk management, operational planning, financial forecasting, and board-level reporting.

Mr. Wyatt was a Manager in the Transaction Services group at KPMG, where he advised on mergers and acquisitions. In addition, his previous experience includes leading auditing engagements of public and private companies while at KPMG and Arthur Andersen.

Mr. Wyatt graduated magna cum laude with a BBA degree in Accounting from Texas A&M University in 1999. Mr. Wyatt is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas.
